Commercial / Contract Dispute and Verification

We are a UK company that supplied a Chinese company toner inks.

The Chinese company  claims they signed a contract with their client to supply the toner at particular date in April May 2017.

There was a delay in supplying the toner and they claim the China client has penalised them according to the agreement.

We don’t believe this agreement is true / accurate.

 We want to verify that this indeed true by contacting the law firm in the attached document and the client themselves to get the original contract agreement. This issue has been brought to us a year later.
