Quotation request - divorce law

I hope this email finds you well. I saw your website  http://english.southchinalawyer.com/ and was hoping to appoint your firm to assist in a divorce matter.

By way of introduction, my name is David , a Malaysian citizen domiciled in Malaysia. I was married to chinese woman, a Chinese citizen domiciled in China, at the Civil Department,Guangdong, China . 

We are seeking legal advice on obtaining a divorce by mutual consent subject to marriage settlement .

Both myself and my wife have agreed to the divorce, but are concerned in regards to the legal process due to us being from separate countries (myself in Malaysia and her in China). Namely, our concern is:

(a) to ensure the settlement amount is transferred over legally and successfully, given that all my funds are in Malaysia; and

(b) to obtain a declaration from the High Court of Malaya  to solemnise the divorce pursuant to the divorce being recognised in China.
